Typographic designs for holiday postcards
Was approached by client to create some postcards to celebrate the holidays. Decided to do some typographic designs that felt unique but still part of a cohesive set. Each design took elements distinct to each holiday and incorporated into the design.
I sketched everything out and felt that focusing on a typographic approach would have been appropriate for this project. By sketching out the designs out first I felt that hand creating the typography would be best for this project as it would stand out as part of a collection.
Started with Halloween and worked to Christmas which then continued on into Valentine’s day before ending with Easter. Tried to make each one unique and approached each design in their own style.
